The story behind the Sei Bellissimi project stems from an idea by Giancarlo Mancino, an Internationally renowned entrepreneur and bar consultant.

Originally from Pignola, a small hill-top village at the centre of the Basilicata region in Southern Italy, Giancarlo has spent his life working with the very best of the craft bar and restaurant industry, becoming one of the World’s most awarded and respected bartenders.

His Hong Kong based company leads many prestigious and globally recognized projects and Sei Bellissimi is one of them.

With a vision that remains anchored to the cherished concepts of classicism and tradition, the main purpose of this project is to rediscover the sparkling Italian cocktails that gradually get lost.
